professional and personal lives.

The student at the end of this course will be able to identify multi aspects of nutrition.
The student will have an understanding of the importance of good nutrition and what nutrition is.
They will understand nutrition’s relationship to the disease processes and the areas of diet
that can help heal us and prevent the possibilities of disease the health care workers role.
- Alzheimer's

The purpose of this course is to educate and instruct the health care worker in the
understanding of the Alzheimer’s patient with new advanced modalities.
To enhance the knowledge base of the student and help with the care and
compassion of the AD patient.
- Hepatitis

On completion of this class the student will have a better understanding of hepatitis, it's
causes, it's treatments and the many dangers involved with it. Nursing will understand
their importance of the prevention of this disease and their role in the care of the
patient with hepatitis.
